SPECIALIZATION AND EXPERIENCE

Since 1998, I have increasingly specialized in damage repair, initially mainly on-site and later also in my own workshop for larger projects. My expertise includes not only fiberglass but also carbon fiber. In the early years of my career, I learned a lot about building carbon sandwich constructions and using vacuum and infusion techniques. Among other things, I have worked in the high-end windsurfing industry and with Nacra Sailing on the foiling Nacra17, the current Olympic catamaran.

From 2002 to around 2021, I worked intensively with the importer of Corsair Marine benelux (Jan de Boer Catamarans) where I gained extensive experience with models such as the F24, F27, F28, and F31 (sandwich composite construction). During this period, I assembled dozens of new boats and repaired countless damages, both structurally and cosmetically.

Over the past 10 years, I have further specialized in gelcoat repairs. This outer layer of a boat, which is difficult to repair and color match, can in most cases be invisibly repaired thanks to my extensive experience.
